- The Otto Lielenthal Airport was scheduled to close for good on July 6th 2012 when Berlin’s new Willi Brandt airport opens. Because of ongoing delays in the opening of the new airport however, Otto Lielenthal is still the main gateway to Berlin albeit on a temporary basis.

Househam Henderson Architects London was established in 1997 by Eddie Miles after he opened our office in Berlin in 1992. Located on the edge of the ‘Silicon Roundabout’ Househam Henderson Architects London takes advantage of the dynamic, creative hub that is a feature of the Shoreditch area. Our office gathers 12 people and is made up of one director, two team leaders and a friendly mix of highly talented architects and interior designers. Business Development for the overall group is also managed from this office.
Househam Henderson Architects London is one of the most renowned firms of retail architects in London although our design expertise is also recognised across a wide variety of sectors including residential architecture, conservation and workplace design projects. Whilst most of our staff focus on retail design schemes in London and the UK we also work on projects located in mainland Europe, the US and Middle East. Our team works as a tight-knit group with the other offices, sharing knowledge and experience to give a common standard of service to our clients.
Some of our most remarkable retail projects carried out from our London office include Selfridges Wonder Room, Selfridges Shoe Galleries, Abercrombie & Fitch, Audi City, and Etro.
